Before you email about sizing

Most fit questions are answered on the Size & Care page and in the size guide on each product page. Our relaxed and heavyweight pieces run roomier; performance pieces run closer to the body. Youth sizing differs from adult sizing, so use the youth guide rather than choosing by age.

Order issues

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Shipping times

Every DURO piece is made to order, so there are two stages: production (2–7 business days) and shipping (3–5 business days). Tracking is emailed automatically when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
