Shipping

Every DURO order is made to order, so there are two stages to your delivery: production and transit.

Production time

Most items are produced and quality-checked within 2–7 business days of your order being placed. Embroidered items and headwear may take toward the longer end of that range. During peak seasons — the start of wrestling season and the holidays — production can take a few extra days.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the facility.

Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order to doorstep.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want to order, email us at joshugalde@gmail.com and we will let you know what we can do.

Multiple items

If your order contains several items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you automatically when your order ships. If tracking has not updated in several days, give it 48 hours — carrier scans sometimes lag — then email us and we will look into it.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume are outside our control. If your order is significantly past the estimated window, contact us at joshugalde@gmail.com and we will track it down.
