Welcome to DURO APPAREL. By browsing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these terms.

This store is operated by DURO APPAREL ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All items are made to order, and minor variation in print placement or garment measurement is normal and not considered a defect.

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed — if we do, we will contact you and offer to cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled or modified. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All DURO names, logos, graphics, designs, and product photography are our property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party brand names appearing in product titles (such as Under Armour, adidas) refer to the blank garment manufacturer. DURO APPAREL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, collect others' personal information, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
