Find your fit

Most DURO pieces use unisex sizing, but fit varies by garment. Always review the size guide on the individual product page before ordering.

Relaxed and heavyweight styles

Relaxed hoodies and heavyweight tees are designed with a roomier, more substantial feel. Choose your usual size for the intended fit, or size down only if you prefer a closer silhouette.

Performance styles

Performance tees, quarter-zips, polos, and shorts are designed for active use. Compare your measurements with the product-specific size guide for the best result.

Rash guards

Rash guards are cut fitted on purpose — a compressive fit is what keeps the garment in place during live rounds. These run small. If you are between sizes, or want a less compressive feel, size up.

Youth styles

Youth sizing differs from adult sizing. Use the youth size guide rather than selecting by age alone. Youth size ranges also vary slightly between garments, so check the guide on each product page.

Care

Always follow the care label on your garment and the guidance on its product page. For printed clothing, wash inside out with similar colors and avoid ironing directly over the decoration. Drying instructions vary by fabric and garment.

Performance quarter-zips

Our current Wrestling and Martial Arts performance quarter-zips are 100% polyester. Wash cold with similar colors, without bleach or fabric softener. Use a low tumble-dryer setting and take the garment out promptly. Do not dry clean or iron over the printed design.

Rash guards and stretch fabrics

Fabric blends differ across performance styles; check the composition on the product page. For garments containing elastane, avoid high heat and follow the garment label for washing and drying. Do not iron directly over the print.
